With over 20 years of expertise and experience working with teens and adults, she is an excellent counselor and coach for concerns with weight, sports nutrition and disordered eating.

Why Hire a

Registered Dietitian?

A Registered Dietitian (R.D.) has earned a degree in nutrition from an accredited university, completed a dietetic internship and passed a rigorous national registration examination.  Additionally, an R.D. must earn continuing education units to maintain his or her R.D. status.  There are no professional standards for the title "nutritionist," therefore, it is best to seek guidance from a Registered Dietitian.
