Intuitive Eating

Intuitive eating is a non-diet, mind-body approach that is based on solid science. It’s a system that we’ve been born with that allows us to listen to and respond to our body’s signals in order to best meet our needs. Since dieting is unsustainable and leads to weight regain in over 95% of dieters, come give Intuitive Eating a try.

Why Hire a

Registered Dietitian?

A Registered Dietitian (R.D.) has earned a degree in nutrition from an accredited university, completed a dietetic internship and passed a rigorous national registration examination.  Additionally, an R.D. must earn continuing education units to maintain his or her R.D. status.  There are no professional standards for the title "nutritionist," therefore, it is best to seek guidance from a Registered Dietitian.
