Nutrition Counselor & Coach
A Registered Dietitian (R.D.) has earned a degree in nutrition from an accredited university, completed a dietetic internship and passed a national registration examination. Additionally, an R.D. must earn continuing education units to maintain his or her R.D. status. There are no professional standards for the title "nutritionist," therefore, it is best to seek guidance from a Registered Dietitian.

"Jill gave a great presentation to our volleyball girls on how proper nutrition can help maximize their volleyball potential on game days. The information presented was age appropriate and interesting.
