What does cssd mean?

The initials CSSD stand for Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. These Registered Dietitians work for a minimum of two years applying evidence-based nutrition knowledge in exercise and sports. They must successfully meet rigorous specialty practice requirements and pass a nationally administered examination. They assess, educate and counsel athletes and active individuals. The CSSD is the premier professional sports nutrition credential in the United States.

Here's what they're saying about Jill:

"With the help of Jill's personalized consulting, I was able to incorporate her expertise into my daily regimen of competitive swimming.  She provided me examples of what to eat before, during and after practice in order to benefit my overall performance.  What I like most about Jill is that she consults her clients to meet their specific needs."

-Jessica, competitive swimmer
