Jill Daniels, ms, rd, cssd

Jill has a strong background in sports nutrition and weight management.  She has worked with thousands of athletes, athletic teams, individuals and groups, helping them to achieve improved performance, better health and leaner bodies.  Jill brings a wonderful mix of counseling skills to the nutritionist role, helping people resolve issues that restrict them from implementing nutrition information.  Working with Jill, you will receive practical solutions that bring results and long-term success.


Jill has a Master's Degree in Nutritional Science and is a board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.  She is also an Intuitive Eating counselor, having trained with the authors of the ground-breaking book, Intuitive Eating, Evelyn Tribole, MS, RD, and Elyse Resch, MS, RD. (visit the Intuitive Eating website for more details and resources.) Jill has been featured on both television and radio, namely KCBS TV, and 101.7 KKIQ.  


Jill's passion for learning more about how food affects weight, energy levels and performance began when she played volleyball at University of California, Riverside. While there, she earned a First Team All-American award and helped the team win a National Championship. She loves helping people figure out how they can feel and perform their best, whether it's on the field, at the gym, at school or at home. In her free time, Jill enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, swimming, practicing yoga, and going on new adventures.
